This is an ongoing record of work in progress: research visits, new methods, exhibitions as they happen, and the thinking that happens between finished pieces. Posts are irregular and the archive goes back to 2012. That feels appropriate. Process rarely runs on a schedule.

A collaboration between myself and Annette Becker, Director of the Texas Fashion Collection, was featured in the SMU Libraries Blog. The project, still in progress, is an educational video exploring the innovative work of designer Hae Mori, particularly her use of obi materials in a mini dress. Co-managed by Becker and myself, this video is part of my role as a Foundations Lecturer at UNT, where I help students connect with research resources like the Texas Fashion Collection and Willis Library’s Special Collections. You can read the blog article about  here.
